How do I determine what length tube I will need for my drum?
** Shell depth minus 2.5" equals over all tube length. (6.5"x14" snare, 6.5"-2.5" = 4" tube).
What material is used for lugs and tubes?
** Aluminum and brass.
Won't aluminum threads strip out?
** Still waiting for it to happen.
Do you include screws and washers?
** Yes.
Do you include gaskets and/or extra long mounting screws for thicker shells?
** Yes, for a small extra fee.
What is your standard mounting screw thread pitch?
** M5 mm.
Are the tubes interchangeable?
** Yes.
What is the procedure for custom design?
** Engineering and design charges plus manufacturing charges.
Do you make bass lugs and lifting spacers?
** Yes, we make bass drum height lugs. We also make spacers which are 3/16" thick.
Do I need to wait for lugs to be manufactured?
** No, you can go to Joshua Tree Percussion's eBay store and view those standard lugs which are in stock for purchase.
